I have long admired photographers who take on the personal project of taking a photo-a-day for one year. I have also known that I do not have the discipline to undergo such a project. So, after some pep talks with myself and some inspiration from other photographers, I have decided to start my own photographic journey with my somewhat reluctant daughter. Everyday in the month of July I hope to capture the things that are most special to my life, those little moments in our hectic day that seem to become even more and more fleeting. And today I start this personal project off with one of my favorite daily occurrences, Magnolia’s delicious laugh.
