Twirl is turning Ten!

I remember exactly where I was when the name Twirl Photography came to me. Meeting my husband for lunch, I couldn’t wait to tell him my epiphany. Such a visual word that celebrated joy, love, movement, childhood and romance. It was the perfect word for the start of my portrait studio that would embrace all that and more. As I left my 15-year career as a photojournalist for The Times-Picayune, Twirl Photography would become my new muse.

And I couldn’t be prouder of the images I’ve created in the journey these last 10 years: the hugs, giggles, slow dances, and, yes, the twirls.

In 2020, I hope to share many of these highlights and revisit days long gone. So thank you for being part of my journey, and stay tuned for the celebration that unfolds this year.
