I admit it, for my daughter’s first Halloween I purchased 6 costumes. Yes, we were in the middle of a recession and buying a turkey costume is really hard to validate. But I am so glad I took these pictures. Above my office desk is a print of  Magnolia in her costumes. I look at it everyday and remember how small she used to be, how much she has changed and how adorable she looked dressed up as a monster. And I’m trying really hard to figure out if I can get one more Halloween of silly costumes in or if the princess costume is going to take over for the next few years.
