Between the months of six and 10 in a baby’s first year magic happens. They are still crawling (sometimes only for a month) and now masters of sitting up. It is my favorite time to photograph a baby and the time in my own children’s babyhood I want most to remember.

They are happy, silly and chubby little beings of adorableness and I can not say enough about the importance of capturing this time. Soon they will be standing and cruising around, then walking and running. Those chubby legs will slender and the baby cheeks will narrow. It’s all part of growing up- but let’s stop this moment first!
