It rained a lot in July. It seemed like every afternoon, the dark clouds rolled in and the rain started to fall. Finally, I just gave in. Instead of trying to make a nice picture inside, I asked Seth to put on his froggy boots, grab his froggy umbrella and go jump around in puddles. Soon his little sister Lydia was joining in as was his mom and dad. Sometimes you just have to stop fighting mother nature and enjoy those cloudy skies. And when it finally stopped raining, the light was beautiful. This incredible family that I have been lucky enough to get to know smiled their bright contagious smiles and made wonderful pictures. Thank you Seth and Lydia for not being afraid of a little rain.
