Kristin and Ryan’s wedding day started with portraits on the Astor Crowne Plaza balcony, overlooking the French Quarter. Tourists called out congratulations as they walked to the ornate Immaculate Conception Church. After the ceremony, the warm-hearted couple led a second line parade to the Federal Ballroom, a former bank. Ryan twirled and dipped Kristin in front of the old bank’s safe. They exuded happiness throughout the night, dancing with abandon, cutting the wedding cake playfully and laughing abundantly with family and friends. Their wedding fit the bride and groom’s whimsical sensibilities and joyous personalities. I enjoyed photographing every moment of their incredible wedding. Much happiness to Kristin and Ryan!
