Elizabeth and Adam | 1.8.11

On a recent crisp January evening, Elizabeth, Adam, friends and family gathered at the Arthur Roger Gallery to say their vows. They then proceeded to The Foundry for a charming party in inviting surroundings, following the occasional checkup on the Saints playoff game. The urbane venues fit the couple, who were married by a friend reading the ceremony’s script from an iPad. The ceremony also included a reading of Love Me Tender in honor of the date, which also was Elvis Presley’s birthday. The favors included drink cozies with whimsical bride and groom voodoo dolls printed on the front, the same drawing they used for their “save the date” invitations. The stunning bride danced a spirited dance with her father and ended the party as every bride should, with her shoes off and a piece of cake close at hand. Best of luck to Adam and Elizabeth, who seem to match each other in wit, charm and happiness.
